Zomile provides a personal service where you can order direct with Zomile and be in contact from the initial ordering enquiry right through to delivery,
Zomile will go through measuring and will custom fit rings to your specified size, discuss personalisation of your splints from embellishments and texturing of rings if desired.
If you can't see a splint that will help Zomile will work with you and your medical advisor on a consultancy basis to design a custom fit orthosis.
Zomile provides excellent customer service and easy to follow instructions on measuring which means that you can measure, order the same day and receive your splint within 2-7 Working days (during busy periods bespoke rings can take up to 2 weeks, however Zomile will NEVER request payment until your ring is ready to be completed).
All rings are custom fit to your specific measurements. Rings can be made, thinner, wider, shorter or longer to allow for the best possible fit, meaning you are purchasing a custom bespoke ring.
All rings are made from sturdy eco 935 Silver ( 22ct Gold vermeil plate and 9ct yellow rose Gold and 9ct Gold ring splints on request) . Nickel free and high quality solutions.
Zomile will coat rings with a protective coating (on request at no charge) if you have a sensitivity to Silver or Gold for extra peace of mind.
Rings can be ordered in high polish, soft sheen or textured /plenished Silver. Semi-Precious Gem stone and embellishments are available.
The smooth edges of the rings mean you will not snag your rings on clothes or scratch and tear your skin. Which is an important factor for EDS and other medical conditions, when you have fragile skin!
You can use your hands meaning , writing, crafting, playing a musical instrument, working, will become pain free once again!
The sturdy splint designs mean the joint/s will have effective support.
Loop and Interlock splints give you that extra support in sturdy Silver. No wire used!
Zomile Ring splints are solid and do not change shape or break. They will last and will not need to be replaced. If you buy a splint and the fit isn't quite right Zomile will resize in the first instance free of charge.
Rings unworn and undamaged can be exchanged for a different size. But most importantly IF you are not satisfied with the fit or design of the product Zomile will refund you within 14 days (single splints).

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Splints can be sent back unworn and undamaged for an exchange or the size to be altered. The first resize is free of charge. Postage return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 1st Exchange costs with be paid by US.
What’s the minimum order amount?
Minimum order is 1 splint. Some customers buy sets of splints some customers prefer to try one splint first and then order a set.
